Lift-a-flap books: These books are great because within the flap, there're many interesting facts.

People & Experiences: Regarding professions and community experiences. The "Don't be" series are NOT quite good. All the others are great!

Phonics: Beginning reading level, children love these, interesting story with rhymes and simple words. Bob Books and Scholastic Phonics Readers are great for beginners too. You can see how fast they build up the vocabulary and start encoding the letters into words.

Picture Words Books: Suggests Butterfly, Dinosaur, Nest, Farm, Moon, Seashore, Rainy, Snowy, Under the Ground

Math: Fun activities

Children's Encyclopedia: Lots of great information for children to research and explore more in their favorite areas.

"That's Not My" series are for 9 months and up, our classes enjoy these books because it's their reading level.
